"COOL BRITANNIA" 24th March 2007
  This concert contains works by three of England's most famous composers: the 'Enigma Variations' by Sir Edward Elgar, the 'Viola Concerto' by William Walton and 'Scottish Dances' by Malcolm Arnold.   (2007 is also the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sir Edward Elgar.)  To conduct this concert, we are delighted to welcome back Roger Coull with the violist from the Coull Quartet, Gustav Clarkson as soloist.

"A NIGHT AT THE OPERA" 7th July 2007
  This programme will include: the 'Meistersingers' overture by Wagner plus operatic arias for soprano and 'Der Rosenkavelier' Waltzes by Strauss. The conductor for this concert is John Traill who is the resident conductor for the City of Southampton Symphony Orchestra and has been a prize winner at various international conducting competitions.

"CZECH THIS OUT" 17th November 2007
  For this concert we have invited back Richard Dickins. The programme will include the piano concerto No. 3 by Bartok with Charles Owen as soloist, and Symphony No. 9, "From the New World" by Dvorak.
